Before You Book
A few things worth knowing.
Cancellation Policy
We reserve your appointment time exclusively for you. Out of respect for our time and the clients on our waitlist, we ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. No-shows are subject to a $100 fee.
We understand that life happens. If you are experiencing a genuine emergency, please reach out directly and we will always do our best to accommodate you.
Payment
Vespera Vitalis™ is a private, cash-pay practice. We do not accept insurance. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and cash. Pricing is discussed during your consultation.

How much does a consultation cost?
Consultation pricing is discussed when we reach out to confirm your appointment. Because every Vespera Vitalis™ client receives a fully individualized experience, pricing reflects the nature and depth of your visit. We believe in complete transparency — you will always know the cost before you commit to anything.
Do you work with both men and women?
Absolutely. Vespera Vitalis™ serves both men and women — from hormone optimization and sexual wellness to weight medicine, regenerative therapies, and aesthetic treatments. Seraphina brings the same depth of clinical expertise and personal care to every client, regardless of gender.
What if I am already seeing another provider?
Many of our clients come to us alongside — or as a complement to — their existing care. We work collaboratively and never asks you to abandon a relationship that is serving you. We will simply bring what your current care may be missing: time, depth, and a truly individualized approach.
